100 Best Companies to Work For Award Ceremony, Thursday, June 22, 2017
June 23, 2017 – Seattle, WA – Logic20/20, a business and technology consulting firm, has been named one of Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by its employees and Seattle Business magazine. It is the second year in a row that Logic20/20 has received this honor; the company ranked #8 in the midsize-business category.
The award is a high honor, as winners are selected based on the results of employee surveys. With a culture that focuses on teamwork (internally referred to as “a culture of we”), acting with integrity, and a drive toward excellence, employees are encouraged to challenge and grow their skillsets, provide innovative and simple solutions to customers, and participate in company-sponsored social and volunteering events.
“It is our belief that a group of happy, dedicated people can do amazing work together; it’s at the heart of why we aspire to be one of the best companies to work for,” said Chief Executive Officer Christian O’Meara. “We have an amazing group of consultants and employees who strive to create a collaborative work environment and deliver innovative solutions; we’ve been able to attract top talent based on the strength of our teams. We’re honored to be recognized with this award and for the nomination and support of our employees.”
Over 31,000 employees in Washington State took part in the initial survey, which was conducted by an independent research company. According to Seattle Business magazine, the “100 Best Companies to Work For program … salutes Washington companies that set the standard for leadership, benefits, work environment, training programs, and more.“
The 2017 “100 Best Companies to Work For” award winners were recognized at the dinner gala/awards bash that was held on June 22, 2017, at the Washington State Convention Center. The full list of winners is available at www.seattlebusinessmag.com and will be featured in the July issue of Seattle Business.
