What brought you to Logic20/20?
I came to Logic20/20 because of a desire to get off the road as a 100% traveling consultant. I knew I wanted to work for an organization that served a wide array of clients. Additionally, it was important for me to join a company that focused on delivering quality work focused on client solutions. The additional benefit is working with excellent partners that keep themselves on the front edge of leading practices.
What’s your background?
My career started in public education and has spanned into for profit, not for profit and Big 4 consulting. Each of these opportunities has had a focus in developing people, improving operations and bringing clarity to challenges. Managing transformational change has been a common theme and I have supported projects for both technology and cultural change. I enjoy coming along side clients and partners that define and provide opportunities for growth.

What do you think makes a great consultant?
Great consultants have a way of creating an instant relationship with the clients. Instilling trust and maintaining that trust is a foundational key to success. Also, finding ways to work in our strength and being willing to seek out support for knowledge gaps assists in accelerating success.
