Leadership

Christian O’Meara

Chief Executive Officer

Christian O’Meara is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Logic20/20, which he started in 2005 with a belief that a group of like-minded people, doing work that they love, can accomplish great things. Much of his time is spent managing strategic business-development initiatives and recruiting key personnel according to that philosophy. Christian’s business strategy is based on creating simplicity in complex environments, developing a personalized approach for every client and every consultant, and creating a great place for employees to work.

Prior to starting Logic20/20 and moving to Seattle, Christian was a top performer in enterprise software sales for Quest Software and Cabletron Systems, covering the United Kingdom and Ireland. His time spent in Uganda doing relief work led to his ongoing involvement as board member and sponsor of Leaders for Africa, an organization that provides educational opportunities to students from developing African nations.

Christian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brunel University, London, an institution known for combining academic rigor with practical, entrepreneurial, and imaginative approaches to solving business problems.

While Christian is the CEO of Logic20/20, his first job is Dad: he is an active volunteer at his children’s school and as a soccer coach. Christian is very involved with the Seattle sports community, both as a rugby player with the Northwest Old Boys, coach and co-founder of the West Seattle Wildcats Youth Rugby Club, and as a board member of Crossfires Premiere Soccer Club.
