“Technology access shouldn’t be a barrier to success. We’re honored to help equip these future leaders with the resources they need to pursue their goals with confidence” — Nick Callihan, Director of IT at Logic20/20
We believe that building stronger communities starts with investing in the next generation of leaders. Through hands-on engagement, strategic sponsorships, and meaningful partnerships, we’re proud to support programs that empower local youth to thrive. Our teams recently got involved with five inspiring organizations: PEPS, Athletico Futbol Club, Eastside Lions, Community for Youth, and Rainier Scholars, helping young people build confidence, gain access to new opportunities, and connect with mentors.
Here’s a look at how we’ve been showing up for our community and how it aligns with our company values.
Supporting babies by connecting their parents
PEPS bring new parents together through community-focused peer-support groups. These groups provide social support and resources critical for parents navigating childcare for the first time.
Our participation in PEPS’ Sustainers Circle helps PEPS create opportunities for connection among new parents and families, addressing specific challenges facing parents today.
“Strong communities start with strong families. That’s why we’re proud to continue our support of PEPS, an organization that’s been building connection, confidence, and resilience among new parents for decades,” said Travis Jones, COO of Logic20/20. “Every baby deserves a fresh start at life, and we’re honored to play a part in making that possible.”
Kicking down barriers: supporting Athletico Futbol Club
Founded to break down financial and systemic barriers to youth soccer, Athletico Futbol Club provides a pathway for young athletes to access competitive leagues, tournaments, and college recruitment opportunities.
We celebrated our continued sponsorship and support for Athletico’s 2025 season through hosting a volunteer appreciation night at our office to bring our team closer to the mission. Athletico offers an inclusive environment that keeps passionate players in the game and opens doors for the future.
“Our continued support of Atletico demonstrates the impact of action where it matters most: at the cross sections of access, community, and excellence,” said Travis Jones, COO of Logic20/20. “These athletes are the future, and we’re proud to support their continued growth, both on the field and off.”
Tackling mentorship through sport: sponsoring the Eastside Lions Rugby Club
This season, Logic20/20 is proud to continue our sponsorship of the Eastside Lions, a local youth rugby club. By combining the discipline of rugby with a focus on community engagement, the club helps young athletes build character, teamwork, and leadership skills to thrive both on the pitch and off.
“Rugby is where I found my best mates and initial success outside of academics,” said Christian O’Meara, CEO of Logic20/20. “I later realized the skills I developed playing on a team and having fun applied to my career as a sales professional and then a leader. We’re proud to help provide these same opportunities for the Eastside Lions.”
The Eastside Lions brought renewed energy to their 2025 season, including winning their third consecutive state championship. Our continued sponsorship builds on our culture of teamwork and community involvement.
A night of impact and joy: supporting Community for Youth’s Spring Soirée
We joined Community for Youth (CfY) at their annual Spring Soirée to celebrate 40 years of transformative mentorship. Based in South Seattle, CfY connects local students with mentors for a unique experience that creates consistent, powerful community support.
Our team showed up in style, enjoying the photobooth, bidding on auction items, and celebrating the power of mentorship and community alongside CfY students and supporters. Proceeds from the event went directly to CfY’s student-centered mentoring programs, which continue changing lives across the region.
“The Spring Soirée was a festive reminder of the impact CfY’s mentors have on students across the Seattle area,” said Kimberly Smith, Director of Marketing at Logic20/20. “The energy in the room reinforced how important fostering a culture of “we” is throughout our company and in our communities.”
Powering potential: donating laptops to Rainier Scholars
Access to technology is a game-changer for students, especially those navigating demanding academic programs. To help bridge this access gap, Logic20/20 recently donated laptops to Rainier Scholars, a Seattle-based nonprofit that supports low-income students of color through rigorous academic preparation, leadership development, and holistic support.
As a longtime Keystone Partner, Logic20/20 has worked with Rainier Scholars since 2017, offering not only financial support but also internships, mentorship, and professional development. This latest donation ensures that students have the tools they need to succeed, whether they’re studying at home or preparing for college.
“Technology access shouldn’t be a barrier to success,” said Nick Callihan, Director of IT at Logic20/20. “We’re honored to help equip these future leaders with the resources they need to pursue their goals with confidence.”
Living our values—inside and out
These community engagements reflect the heart of Logic20/20’s core values:

- Act with integrity: Our partnerships are built on trust and a commitment to doing what’s right—for our clients, our teams, and our communities.
We’re grateful to the PEPS, Athletico Futbol Club, Eastside Lions, Community for Youth, and Rainier Scholars for letting us be part of their journeys. Together, we’re building a more inclusive, empowered, and connected future, one young leader at a time.
