Please tell us a bit about your journey to Logic20/20.
I started my career at a Big Four firm in San Francisco right after college and spent four years there, moving from Associate to Senior Associate. While I appreciated the experience, I was ready for a more flexible environment where I could make a meaningful impact—not just with clients, but also with internal teams. That’s when I heard from a Logic recruiter on LinkedIn, and everything clicked. I joined in June 2023, two years ago this month!
What made Logic stand out during your job search?
I interviewed with several Logicians, all with different personalities, and each one made me feel welcomed and inspired. I could see myself learning from them. That sense of connection and support made the decision easy.
You were promoted from Senior Consultant to Manager pretty quickly. What did that path look like?
When I interviewed, I was upfront about my goal to become a Manager. I wanted to join a company that would support that trajectory. In less than a year, I was promoted, thanks to support from my CDL (Career Development Lead) and other managers. I also got deeply involved internally, helping launch the Onboarding Peer Connect Program in the Digital Strategy & Transformation (DST) practice and mentoring newer consultants.
Looking back over the past two years, what are you most proud of?
Externally, it’s the work I’ve done with a California utility provider on wildfire mitigation. That project was personally meaningful—my family lives in high fire-risk areas, so contributing to community safety really resonated with me. Internally, I’m proud to be the People Programs Lead for DST, helping mentor and support our newer team members.
What do you appreciate most about working at Logic?
It’s the people, 100 percent. I remember the first time I met Christian O’Meara, our CEO, when he visited our shared workspace in San Francisco. He greeted me by name, even referencing my college and my soccer background. That level of personal recognition and openness from leadership is rare. It really sets the tone for our culture.
What kinds of opportunities have helped you grow—personally and professionally—since joining Logic?
I’ve had access to training and certifications that align with my evolving interests, like the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager course I’m taking soon. Beyond that, I made a point to connect with people early on, setting up 1:1s just to learn who’s who. That network became my foundation for both personal and professional support.
What does a typical day look like for you?
No two days are the same, but I try to keep structure. Mornings are usually for internal work; the rest of the day is client-focused. And I always carve out time for a lunchtime walk or workout to recharge.
Which of Logic’s core values resonates with you most?
Foster a culture of we. As someone who mentors and leads people programs, I love helping others grow. It’s about building each other up and learning from one another—especially important in a remote-work world.
What’s your favorite thing to do in San Francisco when you’re not working?
Eat! San Francisco has so many amazing restaurants. But I also love how the city blends nature with urban life. I play soccer, ski in the winter, and head to wine country whenever I can.
Final question: How do you take your coffee?
Hot with pumpkin spice and cinnamon in the fall and winter, plus whole milk and one Splenda. In the summer, an iced vanilla latte is my go-to coffee treat.
