Logic20/20, a business and technology consulting firm, was named one of The Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business magazine, marking the firm’s eighth consecutive year on the list, ranking 8th in the Medium Company category.

Logic20/20 received recognition for its unique hybrid-company events, including in-person escape rooms and virtual “mocktail” mixing that promote team bonding and create collaboration opportunities across a geographically dispersed team.

“Being celebrated for an eighth year in a row is an opportunity to toast the accomplishments of the individuals who continue to make Logic20/20 a Best Company to Work For,” says CEO Christian O’Meara. “Our culture of innovation, excellence, and teamwork consistently drives our success, and we’re excited about the prospect of emerging tech to impact future opportunities to grow and deliver more value for our clients.”

This annual program was created by Seattle Business magazine to recognize and honor the best employers throughout Washington. The process includes an extensive employee and management survey of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics to determine the rankings, with companies divided into three categories based on size.
