A leader in enterprise technology

Our client, a global technology enterprise, develops software, cloud services, AI technologies, and business applications used by organizations around the world. Bringing new capabilities to market requires close coordination across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams, making organizational alignment and effective change management critical to successful adoption.

Keeping pace with AI transformation

The client's expanding portfolio of AI capabilities placed increasing demands on communications, enablement, and governance. Coordinating multiple initiatives across employee roles, business functions, and release schedules required greater cross-functional alignment and a consistent approach to organizational change.

The organization sought a more coordinated approach to change activities, role-specific guidance, and adoption measurement across the enterprise. Greater visibility into initiative status, priorities, capacity, and organizational adoption would also help leadership coordinate investments and make informed planning decisions.

Establishing a foundation for enterprise AI adoption

As the client's portfolio of AI initiatives grew, Logic20/20 established a repeatable operating model for enterprise AI adoption. The team coordinated communications, enablement, governance, and adoption measurement across initiatives while standardizing processes and creating reusable resources that reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
Four core capabilities formed the foundation of the operating model:

  • Portfolio governance that enables leadership to manage AI initiatives through a unified view of priorities, capacity, and initiative progress
  • Role-based enablement that tailors communications and resources to the needs of different employee groups
  • Standardized frameworks and knowledge management that reduce duplication and accelerate new initiatives
  • AI-enabled delivery practices that streamline research, content development, reporting, and other repeatable activities while creating capacity for higher-value work

The team continuously measured engagement, gathered stakeholder feedback, and refined communications, enablement resources, and governance practices to support the client's evolving AI strategy.

Delivering measurable impact

The operating model enables the client to expand AI adoption while maintaining consistency across a growing portfolio of initiatives. Engagement data and adoption metrics help leadership evaluate AI initiatives, refine adoption strategies, and guide future planning.

Key outcomes include:

Expanded engagement with AI enablement resources

  • A centralized resource hub attracted more than 43,000 visits and 6,000 unique users in a single month.
  • Twenty-seven role-based enablement packages generated approximately 4,000 views in one quarter.

Increased participation in AI adoption initiatives

  • A dedicated AI adoption portal attracted more than 1,400 visits and over 500 unique users during its first month.
  • Daily active usage of Microsoft Copilot increased by 80 percent, while weekly active usage increased by 96 percent.

Continuous improvement through measurement and AI

  • Adoption analytics and stakeholder feedback inform ongoing refinements to communications, enablement resources, and governance.
  • AI-assisted research, content development, and reporting increased team capacity by reducing manual effort and accelerating repeatable work.

Supporting continued innovation

With a repeatable operating model in place, the client is well positioned to support future AI initiatives with greater consistency, visibility, and agility. As its portfolio of AI capabilities continues to evolve, the organization can build on this foundation to introduce new technologies more efficiently, equip employees with the support they need, and give leadership the visibility to guide AI adoption across the enterprise.
